what holds you back.
healing journey.
“ I believe everyone has the ability to heal. ”
~ Sarah Rubin, MA, LMFT, Addiction Specialist
You don’t have to keep repeating the same cycle. There’s a different way forward.
When you’ve been living inside unhealthy patterns for a long time, it can be hard to see what’s driving them — ingrained habits of belief, thought, and behavior that keep you stuck in an exhausting loop.
As a licensed therapist and coach, I help you bring those patterns into the light. Together, we’ll transform awareness into grounded change — realistic shifts in how you think, act, and relate that can support a more sustainable sense of peace, both within yourself and in your closest relationships.
Welcome to my practice.

An evolved approach to therapy & coaching.
I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal. The biggest shift often begins the moment you decide you don’t have to do it alone. With more than 20 years of experience supporting adults, couples, teens, and families, I offer psychotherapy and life coaching, along with equine-assisted and art therapy, to help you create real, lasting change.
In our work together, you can expect an evolved approach that combines evidence‑based methods with creative, “out‑of‑the‑box” thinking. I am here to help you thrive, develop healthy systems at home, and get unstuck from patterns that no longer serve you, so that you see change and genuinely feel better.
Together, we decide what fits best—whether you are seeking deeper healing through therapy, greater momentum through coaching, or a thoughtful combination of both.
Boundary work & getting unstuck.
Boundary work is my real wheelhouse. Many of the people I see are exhausted from over-giving, over-functioning, or feeling responsible for everyone else’s emotions. Together, we clarify what healthy boundaries look like in your life and practice defining, establishing, and maintaining them.
When your boundaries become established, you feel happier, healthier, and more energetic. I’m highly skilled at identifying patterns that are not working for you and naming them in a way that is both compassionate and digestible. From there, we collaborate on small, doable steps that align with the goals and values that serve your highest wellness.
People come to me with a wide range of concerns, including, but not limited to:

- Life transitions and life coaching accountability
- Relationship issues, marital and premarital work, and family conflict
